We’re seeking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience in business analysis, particularly in the fintech, financial services, or payment processing industries.
  • Experience with APIs, system architecture, or databases;
  • Proven expertise in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, risk assessments, and dependency mapping).
  • Strong understanding of system analysis principles, including data flows, architecture components, and API interactions.
  • Solid background in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence), with experience in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze third-party API documentation and create integration specifications for back-end developers.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Define and document structured functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clear prioritization based on business needs, feasibility, and risk.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to refine system requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Assist in functional testing and validation to ensure that requirements are met before deployment.
  • Update and enhance internal and external documents.
