May was all about growth and strategic expansion for the Akurateco team. From unlocking new regions through fresh payment provider integrations to introducing new types of connectivity like hosted payment pages, we’ve laid the groundwork for even more flexible and localized payment experiences. We’re building a stronger, more diverse ecosystem for our clients with every step.

New Features
- We’ve enhanced the unified Get Status request, allowing clients to retrieve the current order status and a complete history of all related actions — including refunds, partial refunds, voids, and more — through a single API call.
- We’ve improved the return path for payers redirected from external sources such as 3DS pages and alternative payment methods. Clients now have greater control over the return flow, including configuring branded URLs and defining redirect behavior tailored to their specific business cases.
- Merchants can now take advantage of a prebuilt return page — a fully customizable “Thank You” screen that contains all essential information about the payment result. This page can be fully adapted to match the merchant’s brand book, eliminating the need to develop and maintain a custom return page.
We also updated 8 connectors and added 5 new integrations.
We’ve expanded our ecosystem with five new payment provider integrations to enhance regional coverage and payment method diversity:
This month, we’ve upgraded our integration with Telr, strengthening our presence in the Middle East and Asia. In addition to our existing card-based server-to-server connections, we now support a Hosted Payment Page integration, offering merchants more flexibility in processing payments and ensuring faster go-live for card acceptance.
What Else is New?
May brought a wave of meaningful conversations, valuable insights, and new connections for the Akurateco team. We participated in major fintech events, expanded our partner network, and stayed close to the trends defining the next payment chapter. These interactions continue to fuel our innovation and shape how we build future-ready solutions for our clients.

The Akurateco team returned energized by the insightful discussions, dynamic networking, and shared vision of shaping the future of payments across Asia and beyond.
- In parallel, our founder, Andrew Riabchuk, joined the Leaders In Payments Podcast, where he shared his perspective on the evolving role of payment infrastructure, the value of flexibility in global scaling, and how Akurateco continues to support fintech growth with adaptable, future-proof solutions.
- In collaboration with Fintech Finance News this month, we shared an in-depth look at cloud adoption across the MENA region, drawing on firsthand experience with AWS, Oracle, and Microsoft Azure.
