We are actively looking for a Senior Monitoring Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain analytical reports for the Monitoring Department.
  • Incident Detection: Create and optimize alerts to identify suspicious transactions and potential security incidents.
  • Data Visualization: Build and manage dashboards for real-time operational monitoring.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Risk Management and Monitoring teams to gather and refine technical requirements.
  • Rule Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of existing monitoring rules and continuously improve them.

Requirements:

  • Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with non-relational databases, specifically OpenSearch (Elasticsearch).
  • Search & Querying: Proficiency in building queries, filters, and aggregations within OpenSearch.
  • Monitoring Logic: Clear understanding of the principles behind building alerts and monitoring rules.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Power BI (creating interactive reports) and Redash (SQL queries, dashboard construction).
  • Machine Learning: Proven experience in building ML models for monitoring and anti-fraud purposes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to handling large datasets.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive Attitude: Initiative in finding solutions to enhance monitoring processes and a readiness to learn new tools.
  • Language: Upper-Intermediate English for client communication.
