Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the payment industry, bringing fully-brandable and easily customizable payment software to our customers.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers as a first level of assistance to set up platform for them, ensure that all technical requirements were met;
- Supporting client in integration process as a middlemen between client team and technical team;
- Communicate directly with clients, prepare documents to close deals, answer all questions and support requests;
- Work closely with internal sales, support, technical teams to be sure that client has all necessary assistance;
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients, provide them with any support they need to help them reach their monetary goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B customer support/account management/client success;
- Ability to have serious conversations around technical subject;
- Experience in working with partners from abroad;
- Detail oriented, positive attitude, punctuality, ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadline;
- Understanding of e-commerce and technical side of using payment cards;
- Previous experience as account manager/customer support manager/backoffice manager and similar positions for payments;
- Advanced level of English, knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in processing related to setting up risk rules, antifraud, monitoring, routing, cascading;
- Experience in using Postman.
