We are looking for a hands-on SDR Lead to structure, optimize, and drive a high-performing SDR department.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, train, and mentor the SDR team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Optimize and systematize SDR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze data and metrics to refine outreach strategies and enhance team productivity.
• Oversee prospecting efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Create and continuously update outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Develop, test, and refine messaging to ensure SDR outreach is relevant and impactful.
• Take a hands-on approach, stepping in to execute outreach when necessary to meet targets.
• Ensure effective lead handoff to the business development team for deal progression.
• Implement and maintain CRM tools and sales automation systems to streamline workflows.
• Leverage multiple lead generation channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and creative approaches to maximize engagement.
• Foster a results-driven culture, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SDR Team Lead or similar role in a B2B sales environment (mandatory).
• Hands-on approach – willing to step in and handle outreach if needed.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn and email outreach, as well as other lead generation channels and creative strategies.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Experience in fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset, ensuring the team remains motivated and goal-oriented.
